Ingredients:

  • 300ml First Choice whipping cream
  • 100ml First Choice milk
  • 100ml First Choice yoghurt
  • 60g First Choice floral honey
  • Vanilla seeds from 1 vanilla pod
  • 4 gelatin, sheets, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and extra water squeezed out

For the topping:

  • 60ml First Choice strawberry dessert topping
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Preparation method:

  1. In a saucepan, heat together the cream, milk and the honey. Do not allow mixture to boil. Add the vanilla seeds.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin sheets, stir to dissolve and cool till almost room temperature. Stir in the yoghurt.
  3. Pour into 4 serving cups or moulds.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve topped with the First Choice strawberry dessert topping and fresh strawberries.
