Ingredients:
- 400 ml First Choice Vanilla Velvet
- 2 scoops First Choice Vanilla Velvet ice-cream
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 80 ml First Choice passion fruit dessert topping
- 250 ml ice cubes
- 1 dash toasted coconut shavings
- 1 mint leaf
- First Choice Whipping Cream for topping
Preparation method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy and blended well (it will take a few minutes).
- Pour into two tall glasses and top with whipped cream, passion fruit dessert topping, coconut shavings and mint.
- Enjoy!
