No-Bake Cottage Cheese Brownie Bites
- 1/2 C First Choice Low Fat Chunky Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 C almond flour
- 2 Tbsp First Choice Honey
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
No-Bake Cottage Cheese Bites
- 250g First Choice Low-Fat Chunky Cottage Cheese
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp First Choice Honey
- 1 C rolled oats
- 30g almond flour
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Desiccated coconut (for rolling)
Preparation method:
- Combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, almond flour, honey and peanut butter in a bowl.
- Mix everything together until well combined. If desired, add peanut butter for extra flavour.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the bites for at least 30 minutes to set.
Mix, roll, chill. No baking. Just whole-food ingredients that support energy, satiety and recovery.
