Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ C First Choice Cottage Cheese
  • 2–3 Tbsp First Choice Honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 C frozen mixed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1–2 Tbsp peanut butter

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, honey, peanut butter, vanilla essence and frozen fruit until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a freezer-safe container.
  3. Freeze for 2–3 hours until set.

Scoop into your smoothie bowl and enjoy!
