Ingredients:
- 1 ½ C First Choice Cottage Cheese
- 2–3 Tbsp First Choice Honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 C frozen mixed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1–2 Tbsp peanut butter
Preparation method:
- Blend the cottage cheese, honey, peanut butter, vanilla essence and frozen fruit until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until set.
Scoop into your smoothie bowl and enjoy!
