Ingredients:
- 1 l First Choice Chocolate Velvet
- 2 packets Oreo cookies
- 135 ml First Choice Butter
- 125 ml First Choice Cream
- ¼ cup cocoa
- Fresh fruit, for decoration
Preparation method:
For the crust:
- Use a blender to crush your cookies.
- Add 125ml melted First Choice Butter and mix well.
- Use your crushed cookies to line a tart tin.
Set aside.
For the filling:
- Over a medium heat, add First Choice Chocolate Velvet, First Choice Cream, First Choice Butter and cocoa to a pot and bring to the boil, stirring regularly.
- Lower the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into your tart base and leave to cool.
- Refrigerate over night and decorate with fruit before serving!
