Ingredients:
- 200g First Choice Butter
- 200g soft brown sugar
- 40g dark cacao
- 150ml First Choice Chocolate Velvet
- 100g dark chocolate, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 140g self-raising flour
- 100g pecan nuts
Preparation method:
- Melt the First Choice Butter in a saucepan on low heat.
- Add the sugar, cacao, chocolate and the First Choice Velvet and stir until melted.
- Remove from the heat and cool.
- Beat together the eggs and add to cooled chocolate mixture. Mix well.
- Add the flour and the nuts and stir until mixed.
- Spoon into a lined pizza pan ±30 cm in diameter.
- Bake for about 18 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove from the oven and cool.
- Place on a serving plate and top with whipped First Choice Chocolate Velvet, chocolate whispers, raspberries and drizzle with First Choice Chocolate Dessert Topping. (topping – 400 ml velvet – whipped)
