First Choice

The competition will run from 1st of November 2011 to the 31st of December 2011. Unfortunately no late entries can be accepted.
The prize winners will be drawn and notified by the 14th of February 2012. There are only 10 prizes available. If the winners are not traceable, for example if the winner cannot be contacted within a certain time, the prize will be forfeited and another draw will take place.
All valid SMS entries will automatically be entered into the relevant draw.
The maximum value of the prize, being subject to any retail price changes is R2000 (including VAT). The prize will not be paid to the winners in cash and will be delivered within an agreed-to period between the winners and the promotional agency.
This competition is only open to/can only be entered by South African citizens.
SMS entries cost R1.50. This will be at the entrants cost and free minutes do not apply.
Any person over 16 years of age may enter this competition. Prizes should not be offered to children and a minor cannot, theoretically, accept or utilize the prize without assistance from his/her legal guardian.
A person who is (a) a director, member, partner, employee or agent or supplier of or consultant to a promoter staff and families of Woodlands Dairy, their associated companies and advertising agencies, or (b) a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of a person contemplated in paragraph (a), may not participate in a promotional competition held by that promoter.
Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for their cash value.
The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Competition Rules and the Regulations under the Lotteries Act: The competition is a promotional competition as defined in section 54 of the Lotteries Act 1997 (i.e. the entry is subject to purchase of a particular product).
In addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, all winners must agree to all applicable terms and conditions of participating stores. The customer understands and accepts the applicable terms and conditions.
The winners will be notified telephonically & it is therefore necessary for entrants to provide a valid phone number. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide accurate details of all SMS entries as winners will be notified telephonically.
The winners are selected on an impartial basis and our system for selecting winners is regularly audited.
Woodlands Dairy will not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the prize awarded.
The prize winners must be willing to have themselves photographed & the photo published in Woodlands Dairy publications and/or websites. The entrant hereby irrevocably consents to and agrees to the creation and publication of material of whatever nature, including photographs and electronic images, announcing, publicising and/or portraying the winning and/or utilizing the prize's.
All entrants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions, which may be amended or varied at any time by the promoter. By participating in any competitions hosted by Woodlands Dairy participants further agree to be bound by all terms and conditions found on www.firstchoice.co.za. For situations where a person does not have internet access, these can be requested to be sent by mail or by SMS or in the format as requested by the entrant.
