Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 pear, frozen
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1 tsp activated charcoal
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 cup First Choice Milk

Preparation method:

  1. If you are using frozen fruit, it should be chopped into smaller pieces before freezing.
  2. Place all the ingredients into the NutriBullet.
  3. Never dry blend - remember to add First Choice Milk.
  4. Decorate with fruit, nuts or seeds of your choice! We used kiwi, pineapple and chia seeds.
