Ingredients:
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 pear, frozen
- 2 slices pineapple
- 1 tsp activated charcoal
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 cup First Choice Milk
Preparation method:
- If you are using frozen fruit, it should be chopped into smaller pieces before freezing.
- Place all the ingredients into the NutriBullet.
- Never dry blend - remember to add First Choice Milk.
- Decorate with fruit, nuts or seeds of your choice! We used kiwi, pineapple and chia seeds.
