Ingredients:
- 250 ml First Choice Butterscotch Velvet
- 125 ml First Choice Cream
- 1 tbsp First Choice butter
- Large chocolate egg, cut in half
- Chopped Easter eggs, Crunchie and chocolate brownies (for the filling)
- Meringues, grated chocolate, and Speckled Eggs (to serve)
Preparation method:
- In a saucepan, heat the Butterscotch Velvet, cream, and butter, stirring continuously until thick.
- Remove from heat and refrigerate until fully cooled.
- Fill the halved chocolate eggs halfway with the butterscotch sauce.
- Add the chopped brownies, Crunchie and Easter eggs, then top with more sauce.
- Add your toppings for decoration and serve!
