  • 250 ml First Choice Butterscotch Velvet
  • 125 ml First Choice Cream
  • 1 tbsp First Choice butter
  • Large chocolate egg, cut in half
  • Chopped Easter eggs, Crunchie and chocolate brownies (for the filling)
  • Meringues, grated chocolate, and Speckled Eggs (to serve)

Preparation method:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the Butterscotch Velvet, cream, and butter, stirring continuously until thick.
  2. Remove from heat and refrigerate until fully cooled.
  3. Fill the halved chocolate eggs halfway with the butterscotch sauce.
  4. Add the chopped brownies, Crunchie and Easter eggs, then top with more sauce.
  5. Add your toppings for decoration and serve!
