Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 1 cup First Choice Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup First Choice Cream
  • 250g button mushrooms
  • Chives, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and line a medium sized oven proof dish with a layer of potato.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add a layer of halved mushrooms.
  5. Add a layer of chopped chives.
  6. Repeat layers until dish is full, then pour over First Choice Cream.
  7. Cover with grated First Choice Cheese.
  8. Place in the oven uncovered and cook for 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
