Chocolate, chocolate and chocolate Brownie 💜

Ingredients:
 1 cup First Choice Butter, melted
 2 cups sugar
 4 eggs
 1 cup flour
  cup cocoa powder
 1 cup First Choice Chocolate Velvet
 3 dark chocolate slabs
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 pinch of salt

Directions:
For the brownie

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Line a baking dish with baking paper.

Stir together the melted First Choice Butter and sugar.

Stir in the eggs, 2 at a time.

Add 1/2 a cup of First Choice Chocolate Velvet and stir.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and stir until you have a smooth batter.

Chop up 2 slabs of dark chocolate into small pieces and add to the batter.

Pour the batter into your baking dish and bake for 32-42 minutes. The top will look set, and a toothpick inserted will have moist crumbs on it, but the batter should not be runny.

Let it rest overnight.

For the ganache:

Chop up the remaining slab of chocolate.

Heat up 1/2 a cup of Velvet in the microwave for 1 minute and then add the chocolate to it.

Stir until the chocolate is melted.

Pour over brownies and cut into squares.
