Balsamic Vinegar

Balsamic vinegar is a very dark, concentrated, and intensely flavoured vinegar, originating in Italy and made wholly or partially from grape must (crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds and stems).

Aceto Balsamico di Modena (Balsamic Vinegar of Modena) is one of three protected balsamic vinegars. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from grape must blended with wine vinegar and produced in Modena, Italy.

First Choice Balsamic Vinegar can be enjoyed drizzled over salads, used to make a reduction or added to dishes to give it a spicy kick. It’s acidity pairs well with vegetables and balances out the rich flavours of many meats. Pair with First Choice Olive Oil and dip in crusty artisan bread.

Available in a 250ml bottle.
