Malva Pudding, the easy way! You'll need some First Choice Butterscotch Velvet.
Pre-heat oven to 180 °C.
Beat the butter and sugar together in an electric mixer on high until creamy.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add a dash of lemon juice, the jam and bicarbonate of soda, and mix well.
Stir in the flour and milk by hand, and pour the mixture into a deep oven-proof dish.
Bake for an hour or until done.
Place the First Choice Butter, First Choice Butterscotch Velvet, and boiling water into a microwavable dish and heat up for 5 minutes.
Once the pudding has been taken out of the oven, pour the hot mixture over the cake and allow to rest until the sauce has been absorbed.
