First Choice Velvet & everything nice – that’s what dreams are made of!
Dissolve the jelly in 225 ml boiling water. Add 225ml chilled Vanilla Velvet and whisk until jelly is dissolved
Line a 2 litre glass dish with biscuit crumbs.
Pour the jelly mixture over the cookies slowly and place in the fridge to set.
Once set, top with a layer of strawberries.
Mix the instant pudding with 500ml chilled Vanilla Velvet and mix.
Dissolve the gelatine in some hot water, then pour into the Velvet mixture and mix very well.
Smooth the mixture over the strawberries and replace in the fridge to set.
Top with whipped cream and strawberries to serve.
