First Choice Velvet Cheesecake made with Butterscotch Flavoured Dairy Dessert.
Crumb the biscuits, and mix with butter.
Press into a baking tray.
Place the cream cheese, egg yolk, castor sugar, and vanilla essence into a bowl, and beat until smooth.
Add the Velvet and gelatine in a steady stream, mixing continuously.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Pour the filling over biscuit base, and allow to set in the fridge for 4 hours.
For the top layer, mix the Velvet and gelatin together.
Pour over the cheesecake, and refrigerate for a further 3 hours.
