The perfect healthy snack, packed with protein 💪
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereal and the High-Protein Recovery Milk. Let it stand for about 2 minutes or until the cereal softens.
Add the egg, oil and mashed bananas. Beat well.
Add the flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients, leaving a teaspoon of each seed and fruit to sprinkle on top.
Portion evenly into the muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with the rest of the seeds and berries.
