With just the right amount of sweetness...
Preheat the oven to 160°C on convection setting, or 180°C on normal static setting.
Melt 1/3 cup First Choice Butter.
Grease 6 small pans with removable bottoms, and place on a baking tray.
Divide the melted butter between the pans.
Sprinkle the brown sugar in each of the pans then place a pineapple slice in each with a cherry in the middle.
Top each cherry with a bit of First Choice Dessert Topping.
Place the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and mix on low speed until well-combined.
Add the remaining First Choice Butter along with the First Choice Milk and vanilla essence.
Beat for 2 minutes then add the egg and beat for another 2 minutes.
Pour the batter over the pineapples.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Test and remove the pan from the oven.
Carefully place each cake on a cooling rack.
