Ingredients:
 1 cup flour
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 ¼ cups First Choice Mature Cheddar Cheese, finely grated
 120 g First Choice Butter, room temperature
 2 tbsp smooth apricot jam

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together.

Add the grated First Choice Cheese and First Choice Butter, and combine into a dough.

Roll walnut-sized balls of dough and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Use the handle of a wooden spoon to press small holes into each ball, taking care not to poke the hole through to the bottom.

Spoon the jam into a piping bag and pipe it into the hollows.

Bake for approximately 15 min.

Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
