Cornbread – Bacon and Cheese

600 g self-raising flour
4 ml salt
350 ml First Choice Milk
1 tin creamed sweet corn
1 tin sweet corn
250 g sugar
100 g First Choice Butter
2 cups grated First Choice Cheese
1 bacon (chopped and fried)
Melt the First Choice Butter and mix with the sugar.
Add the milk and beaten eggs to the butter mixture.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Brush the edges of a big bread tin or two smaller tins with butter.
Pour the mixture into the tin/s.
Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
Ideal for both breakfast and braai accompaniment.
