Chakalaka Springroll

Ingredients:
 1 tin chakalaka
 1 box phyllo pastry
 5 tbsp First Choice Butter (melted)

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut phyllo pastry into 12 cm x 12 cm squares. (Ensure that your hands are dry.)

Use 3 sheets for 1 Spring Roll.

Put 2 tablespoons of chakalaka diagonally, in the middle of the pastry.

Tuck in the top and sides over the chakalaka, brush the rest with butter and roll down.

Poke the Spring Rolls with a skewer in a few different places to prevent the pastry from bursting.

Line the oven pan with baking paper and place the Spring Rolls on the dish.

Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden.
