You are guaranteed to go "Bananas" over this recipe 🍌
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Sieve the dry ingredients together.
Mix the sugar and eggs with an electric mixer. Add 1 First Choice Banana Milki and the melted First Choice Butter.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together with a hand whisk. Be careful not to overmix.
Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases in a muffin pan.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Heat the First Choice Banana Milki, white chocolate and marshmallows in the microwave for 10 sec at a time until melted. Mix well and set aside to cool down.
Once cooled down, fold it into the cream and transfer into a piping bag.
Beat the First Choice Butter for 5 min with the electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add half of the icing sugar while continuing to beat.
Add the First Choice Banana Milki until it is a smooth but firm consistency. Transfer into a piping bag.
Poke a hole into the centre of each cupcake with the back of a wooden spoon.
Drizzle the First Choice Banana Milki over each cupcake.
Fill the centre of the cupcake with the Banana Milki cream filling.
Pipe a swirl of Banana Milki buttercream on top.
Decorate with banana sweets.
