Tea time is only two scones away...
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and grease an oven pan.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder then use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour mixture until fine and crumbly.
Add the sugar and stir.
Make a hole in the centre of the flour mixture and add the First Choice Amasi.
Combine with your hands, do not over-mix.
Knead only as necessary.
Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured workspace to about 2cm thickness.
Use your cookie cutter, dipped in flour, to cut out the scones.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
