With this recipe the cleaning up will be the hardest part 😉
1 ½ cups grated First Choice Cheddar Cheese
1 ½ cups self-raising flour
1 cup First Choice Low Fat Yoghurt
Pre-heat the oven to 180°c.
Mix the three ingredients together.
Spoon the mixture into a well greased muffin pan.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Enjoy as a lunchbox treat or tea-time snack!
